This Order Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed with Migo (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the website https://migo1.com or associated platforms may be cancelled.
This policy applies specifically to physical product orders, including but not limited to:
- NFC-enabled smart cards
- Custom NFC business cards
- Smart contact-sharing cards
- NFC-enabled devices and accessories
- Hardware kits or related products
Because many of these products involve cb ustom configuration, programming, or personalization, cancellation terms vary depending on the stage of the order.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Individual customers
- Business buyers
- Corporate clients
- Agencies purchasing on behalf of clients
- Bulk order customers
- International customers
Orders placed through:
- Official website
- Authorized sales representatives
- Partner platforms
- Business procurement agreements
are all subject to this policy unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
This policy applies specifically to purchases made through the Migo platform. Other products or services operated by LoQal AI Ventures Private Limited may have separate cancellation terms.
2. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order enters the processing or customization stage.
Generally, orders may be cancelled:
Within 12 hours of placing the order
or
Before the product customization or NFC configuration begins, whichever occurs earlier.
Once the order moves to production or programming, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Customized Product Orders
Many Migo products involve customization, such as:
- NFC chip programming
- Linking cards to digital profiles
- Printing names, logos, or branding
- Encoding digital links or business data
Because of this:
Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once customization work has started.
If customization has already begun, the order will be treated as final and non-cancellable.
4. Bulk and Corporate Orders
Bulk orders, enterprise purchases, or agency orders often require:
- Dedicated production runs
- Inventory allocation
- Custom programming
- Logistics planning
For such orders:
Cancellation terms may differ based on contractual agreements or written confirmation at the time of order.
In general:
- Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for cancellation.
- Orders cancelled after production begins may incur production or administrative charges.
Bulk order cancellations will be reviewed case by case.
5. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been:
- Dispatched
- Handed over to a courier partner
- Marked as shipped
it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy if they wish to request a return after receiving the product.
6. Cancellation by Migo
Migo reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing due to system error
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Payment verification failure
- Logistics or shipping limitations
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any eligible payment will be refunded according to our refund policy.
7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before processing or customization begins, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on:
- Payment method
- Banking partner
- Payment gateway processing
Typical refund processing time:
5 – 10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise required by payment gateway rules.
8. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders generally cannot be cancelled:
- Orders where customization has started
- Orders that have been shipped
- Bulk orders under production
- Special or limited-edition product orders
- International orders already processed for export
Exceptions may be considered only at the sole discretion of Migo.
9. Incorrect Orders Placed by Customer
